We tackle a wide range of payment problems. Sometimes healthcare providers simply grow tired of playing the waiting game, or it seems they are just going around and around with insurance companies and health plans. Some assignments are connected with, but not limited to, fully insured and self-insured employee benefit plans, auto accidents and no-fault insurance, government-funded programs, TPA(s) and stop-loss sureties, PPO(s) and provider agreements, commercial insurance, managed care organizations, foreign embassies, exchange students, and medical tourists. Sometimes we are called on to kindly reach out to patients, who are not responding to requests. Other assignments include coordination of benefits, pre-existing medical conditions, no-fault insurance, insurance delay tactics, in-state & out-of-state Blue Cross, and miscellaneous reasons why insurance benefits are not awarded.
